Our refund and returns policy , If 10 days have passed since your product delivered report, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

After receiving the product please first make the video of unboxing.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.

The online mode of payment will by UPI/Debit Card/Credit Card.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

 

The time limit to apply for exchange is 3 days and delivery time will 3-5 working of days. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@lama-style.com and call on +91- 9455910321

Shipping returns

 

To return your product, you should email at support@lama-style.com and call on +91- 9455910321.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation

 

Cancellation by us :

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your card account.

Cancellation by the user :

In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and provide you the credit note. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made with in 24 hours of making the order on the site. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or orders for which request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 24 hours from making the order. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The user agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.

** Please note we will provide you the credit note for product exchange which will be valid for 30 days.
